Nice local sports bar. I love the build out of the bar itself. No matter what time or day we've visited there's been steady business. Our kids love looking through all the sports memorabilia on the walls, it's like an I Spy. The food is hit or miss. I had an awesome burger here last time, and we've come for just bar type apps before and been satisfied, but I didn't love my po boy. Lesson: stick to the sports bar classics and you'll leave happy. Service has always been friendly and pretty prompt. When in Palmyra and need to watch a game or just need an easy beer and burger, Blue 53 is the place.

I peculiar yet charming little sports bar in the middle of Lake Monticello. Nothing here was noteworthy but the food was solid, the atmosphere was great, and the wait staff was just okay. Overall I can't really complain about the overall experience I had when I drove through. If you're in the area (not that there is much of a choice) I would recommend coming here.

This is an outstanding sports bar and grill with a vibrant atmosphere. The food is consistently delicious, from juicy burgers to crispy fries. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the numerous TVs ensure you never miss a game. Highly recommend!

Everything about this sports bar and grill is awesome! I love the very delicious food that they serve. They have amazing waiters and bartenders. I also enjoy the fairly low prices and that they have availability for to-go!

The wings are fire! Ordered here 3 times so far and each time love the portion and size of wings. Have not dined in yet so can't speak with general service but for pickup orders they've been great and friendly each time I go in. Nice to have a local bar, looking forward to trying more food options!

Text me for a bar restaurant this is a very nice vocal spot. The wings are quite good and most of the bar food is just that really good greasy bar food. Steak salad is a medium quality with heavy iceberg lettuce and shredded cheddar cheese . You should however, now going to a bar for bar food that you were not getting gourmet level and I did not anticipate that!!! The servers are consistently good and very friendly, too familiar faces, as well as people there for the first time . If you're in the lake, Monticello area, blue 53 as well worth the stop to catch a game, grab a drink and have a bite to eat .

I've eaten here once or twice before and just ate here again the other night. I live about eight miles east of here and I'm rarely over in Palmyra so I forget about it but after my last experience I won't wait so long to come back. They have a nice variety of food on the menu but I remember last year not being thrilled with a chicken quesadilla. That visit was with my dad and youngest sister and one or both of them got wings which looked so good I wish I had gotten them. On my most recent visit my dad and both got wings but I got twelve of the sweet bbq and these were some of the best wings I've ever had!! The sauce was so sweet it gave B-Dubs a run for their money! I wish there was some sort of wing/fry combo but it's okay that there isn't. After those wings I don't know that I want to try anything else. The place is clean, lots of sports memorabilia on the walls. I was surprised that it wasn't busier than it was on a Monday night. Food seemed to take a little longer considering it wasn't very busy but at least the server was great and kept checking on us. I'll be back soon!
